Fed Up! Genetic Engineering, Industrial Agriculture, and Sustainable Alternatives
Producer Angelo SacerdoteProduction Company Wholesome Goodness ProductionsAudio/Visual sound, color
About 70% of the food we eat contains genetically modified ingredients and is not labeled. The biotechnology industry is spending $50 million a year to convince us that this technology is our only hope for feeding the world and saving the environment. Family farmers are disappearing at an astonishing rate as people continue to go hungry both here and abroad.
Using hilarious and disturbing archival footage and featuring interviews with farmers, scientists, government officials and activists, FED UP! presents an entertaining, informative and compelling overview of our food production system from the Green Revolution to the Biotech Revolution and what we can do about it.
The movie is broken into four parts, averaging 20 minutes each.

I thought I knew a lot about GMO's; But now I do
I've been an online activist against this toxic technology for some time. I've read many articles from sites like www.organicconsumers.org , www.cornucopia.org , ecowatch.com to name a few and never realized how far back this industry went. Seems we all have been poisoned are whole lives under the presumption the United States regulatory agencies were looking out for our health; when in fact these agencies are all headed by the high ranking members of the industries / corporations themselves. What a pathetic industry of Greed & Corruption. Great Flick Watch it & Learn. Thanks for sharing this film, love to see more like these.
